Claude Debussy : Suite pour violoncelle et orchestre (Arr. Sally Beamish)
Composition arranged by Sally Beamish (whose husband is a cellist) who got together various small fragments done by Debussy and made of them a Suite pour violoncelle et Orchestre.
Only the Intermezzo and the Scherzo were Debussy originals. Beamish added three new movements from Debussy's early works, two of them being Danse Bohémienne and Rêverie and the third being his Nuit d'étoiles.

Sergei Prokofiev : Concertino pour violoncelle et orchestre Op.132 (Arr. Vladimir Blok)
Prokfieff's Concertino For Cello And Orchestra was left unfinished at the time of the composer's death. From the extant material a performing version was prepared by Mstislav Rostropovich for Cello and Piano.
Dmitri Kabalevsky
then scored the completed Concertino for full Orchestra, and the work was premiered by Rostropovich in 1960 at the Moscow Conservatoire.
